These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the JD Flooring Specialist & Home Improvement Ltd. ("JD Flooring", "we", "us") website at jdflooringnorthbay.ca and any quote you request through it. By using this website or contacting us through it, you agree to these Terms.
About JD Flooring
JD Flooring is a flooring installation specialist based in North Bay, Ontario, serving North Bay and the surrounding area. JD Flooring is install-only: you choose and purchase your own flooring material, and we install it and supply the consumables the installation needs, such as levelling compound, underlay, adhesive and fasteners. This website is provided for general information and to let you request a quote.
Quotes and estimates
Quotes and estimates from JD Flooring are based on the information and site conditions available when the quote is prepared. A quote is not a binding contract until the scope, price and schedule are confirmed in writing with you. Final pricing may change if the actual site conditions, measurements or scope differ from what was described. Quotes are free and carry no obligation.
Workmanship warranty
JD Flooring provides a one-year warranty on installation workmanship, provided the work is completed to the specification we recommend, such as the required subfloor levelling and preparation. The warranty covers our installation labour. It does not cover the flooring material itself, which carries its own manufacturer warranty, or damage caused by misuse, moisture, building settlement, or work performed by others. The warranty terms that apply to your project are set out in your written agreement.
Your responsibilities
To let us complete your project, you agree to supply the flooring material for install-only work, provide safe and reasonable access to the work area, and tell us about any known issues with the subfloor, moisture or the building. Payment terms are set out in the written quote or agreement for your project.
Website content and intellectual property
The content on this website, including text, photographs of completed JD Flooring work, logos and graphics, belongs to JD Flooring Specialist & Home Improvement Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may view and share these pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse the content for other purposes without our permission.
